Welcome to Family Services UK

We are a charity based in Deptford, South East London SE8 providing low-cost therapy to individuals and families, walk-in counselling without appointment to those in crisis, as well as support groups, parenting workshops, psycho-educational programmes and activities to improve mental health wellbeing.

Our services are based on established mental health programmes and research.

You don’t have to be referred to our service by a GP. If you would like to make an appointment to see a counsellor, click here.

All sessions are confidential. Personal information discussed during sessions will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent, unless in exceptional circumstances, eg requirements of a Court of Law.
